Public Adjuster

We’re currently looking for the following:

• Four more public adjusters who are fully licensed in the state of Florida
• Two who are fully licensed (or willing to get licensed) in the state of Colorado

If you’re fully licensed, you already know the drill. So rather than wasting your time with standard corporate-speak, let’s just cut right to the money.

Our commission rates are above industry standards in Florida and Colorado. And we're not just saying that to get you in the door.  We're so confident in our rates for our adjusters that we advertise them publicly on our website:

• 85% commission rate for the claims you bring in
• Increases to 90% upon reaching certain benchmarks in a given calendar year

Florida State Public Adjusters, Inc. handles all the nitty-gritty legal details, business administration, office management, and more so that you can focus solely on getting clients and representing them with expertise and confidence.  We also send you qualified leads as they come into our system.

We’re also in the middle of renovating our entire claims system around our team, automating as much of the claims management process as possible without reducing the quality of our representation. (This is why we can only bring on a total of five new public adjusters at the moment.)

Why do the same tedious, repetitive, repetitive work for every claim?  FSPA is constantly finding new ways to streamline the process and help you provide higher quality service while saving hours of work per claim and keeping your policyholders happier than ever.  If you’re going to share 15% of your paycheck with us, we want to make sure we’re providing legitimate value by allowing you to increase your client base while decreasing you working hours.

Long story short:  you should make more per hour (on average) working with us than you do with any other firm or on your own!

What do we expect from you?  Your best.

You’re already a public adjuster, so you know what you’re expected to do.  You also know how you prefer to function.  We don’t care if you prefer to work full-time or just a few hours here and there to supplement your income.  However you adjust best, we can adjust to you.
