You’ll work directly with homeowners and business owners, inspect property damage, and help navigate the insurance claims process—all while backed by the support and expertise of Adjuster Groups.
Conduct thorough on-site inspections of residential and commercial property damage
Develop detailed damage reports and assist with claim documentation
Advocate on behalf of clients during communications with insurance carriers
Prepare and submit claims in line with state guidelines and policy coverages
Negotiate and settle claims to ensure clients receive the compensation they deserve
Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the claims process
Stay updated on changes in state insurance regulations and industry best practices
Manage multiple claims efficiently while meeting deadlines
For Public Adjusters (Licensed):
Valid Public Adjuster license in Florida or ability to quickly obtain one
Prior experience in public adjusting, claims handling, construction, or property inspection preferred
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
For Public Adjuster Apprentices:
No prior license required—we offer training and licensing assistance
Interest in property claims, insurance, or related fields such as construction or real estate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (Spanish, Creole, etc.)
Familiarity with estimating software such as Xactimate
Background in insurance, construction, restoration, or inspections
