In-House Estimator

Job Highlights:

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating, specializing in storm damage for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Xactimate experience is preferred.
• Licensing: Must have an active Florida All Lines Adjuster license (we will cover costs of courses if needed to become a Public Adjuster).
• Other Requirements:
  • Proficient in the use of Xactimate or other estimating software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze damage to roofs, siding, windows, and other property components to prepare detailed repair estimates.
• Use Xactimate or other software to create accurate cost estimates for storm damage repairs.
• Collaborate with project managers and insurance carriers to confirm scope of work and pricing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of damage assessments and estimates.
• Provide clear, professional communication to homeowners regarding estimates and the repair process.
